As of July of 2025 the dataset comprises 90 unique academic articles focusing on the application and impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI)—particularly Large Language Models (LLMs)—in higher education contexts. The articles span a variety of disciplines, with strong representation from education, journalism, media studies, and computer science.
