Data on Approaches to Life Cycle Assessment of Microbial Protein Production in Biorefinery

This dataset contains information from systematic literature review of studies applying life cycle assessment (LCA) to microbial protein production, including: <br>
1) Characterization of protein production process explored in the studies <br>
2) LCA choices made by authors regarding the system boundary, functional unit, impact categories, life cycle impact assessment method and other features. <br>
