Dataset for the project: Empowering Baltic Resilience: From Awareness to Action via Technology

Project: "Empowering Baltic Resilience: From Awareness to Action via Technology” LZP-2025/1-0191. Research project explores the readiness of citizens in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania to identify and report suspicious activities in the face of hybrid threats, evaluates available reporting mechanisms and public awareness of reporting procedures. Further, the project looks at the obstacles to reporting, including institutional trust. The dataset is cleaned, anonymized, and delivered in SPSS (.sav), Excel (.xlsx) and .csv formats.

The dataset is anonymized and meets the data protection requirements necessary for publication. The dataset author is responsible for compliance with anonymization requirements.
