Description

The Data Management Plan (DMP) is developed in the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Facility project "Internal and External Consolidation of the University of Latvia" (No.5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/007), grant project “High throughput Laser speckle imaging to speed up experiments in microbiology”, No. BA-PA-2024/1-0072. The dataset contains event-based laser speckle imaging data (.raw) of Saccharomyces cerevisiae colonies subjected to different metal ion treatments. From left to right, the columns represent colonies treated with distilled water (H₂O), ammonium dichromate ((NH₄)₂Cr₂O₇), copper sulfate (CuSO₄), nickel chloride (NiCl₂), and untreated control samples. The top row corresponds to a salt concentration of 100 mM, while the bottom row represents a concentration of 1 M. Each file contains time-resolved laser (660nm) speckle patterns recorded under controlled experimental conditions and is intended for the analysis of microbial activity and stress responses induced by metal ion exposure.
