Short biography

A researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Latvia and an advisor to the Rector of the University of Latvia, with experience in managing and participating in international and contract-based projects, as well as in entrepreneurship—having led the public relations agency “Nords Porter Novelli.” Author of scientific publications and popular science articles.

Currently involved in a study commissioned by the State Chancellery, “Vision for National Development up to 2050” (LV2050), as well as in the EU Horizon Europe–funded project “Participative Assistive AI-powered Tools for Supporting Trustworthy Online Activity of Citizens and Debunking Disinformation”, also known as AI4Debunk.

Also part of a research project implemented within the framework of the University of Latvia Development Programme of High Impact: “Strengthening Global Competitiveness: Fostering the Development of Latvia’s Competitive Niches and Addressing Societal Expectations.”
