Ieva Garda-Rozenberga ir vadošā pētniece Latvijas Universitātes Literatūras, folkloras un mākslas institūtā. Viņas pētniecība aptver mutvārdu vēsturi, personisko naratīvu un atmiņu studijas, kā arī vides humanitārās zinātnes, īpašu uzmanību pievēršot varas, sabiedrības un vides mijiedarbībai, vietas atcerēšanās un stāstīšanas praksēm, vides aktīvismam un eko-nacionālisma idejām. Īsteno projektus par identitāšu ainavām un pēckara Latvijas vides vēsturi, veicina Baltijas–Ziemeļvalstu sadarbību mutvārdu vēstures pētniecībā un ir starptautisku publikāciju autore.
