Short biography
Ivars Neiders, a Senior Researcher at the Institute of Preventive and Clinical Medicine, University of Latvia, holds a PhD in philosophy. With over twenty years of experience teaching biomedical and research ethics, his research focuses on experimental bioethics, human enhancement ethics, psychiatry ethics, and concepts of death and suicide.
