Short biography
Oksana Žabko is a recognised researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Faculty of Humanities, University of Latvia, with a research experience of over 20 years. Her research focuses on the analysis of labour market processes and labour migration, with a particular focus on discrimination in education and work and vulnerable and hard-to-reach target groups. Concurrently, she engages in research endeavours necessitating a sophisticated comprehension of qualitative or quantitative research methodologies.
