Abstract

Bibliotherapy is increasingly recognized as a method to strengthen athletes’ psychological resilience. There is little information on how bibliotherapy is viewed and used in actual coaching settings, despite its conceptual significance. This study examines key correlations between bibliotherapy experience, interest, and contextual variables in Latvian sports environments.
