Abstract
The spectroscopic diagnostics of the spectral characteristics of high-frequency electrodeless lamps (HF EDL) for different applications were analyzed. The spectral line shape measurements were performed by means of spectrometer containing pressure scanned Fabry-Perot interferometer. The spectral line intensities in a broad spectral range from VUV to infrared (IR) and spectral line shapes were measured in dependence on the discharge power and filling amount. The temperature of the radiating atoms was found to be in the frame of 400-1500 k, estimated for different type of lamps.
