Abstract

Prolonged relaxation phenomena and related to them effects of temperature and field memory have been studied i n ferroelectric PLZT and PI, ceramics i n the region of a diffused phase transition, The given effects are observed i n temperature and field dependences of permittivity e' ufter prolonged stabilization of temperature and a prolonged influence of static electric field smaller than the critical.
