Abstract

The article is devoted to the task of decision support related to ensuring the ergonomic quality of automated systems. The article is an attempt of logical continuation of the work (80s of the 20th century) on international cooperation in the field of information support of human factor research, organized by Professor Anatoly Gubinsky, which unfortunately was not completed. The changing role of the human operator in the transition to the 'Industry 5.0' concept is shown. The methodological basis for a computer-based support system for ergonomic research and development is substantiated. The basic theoretical models used in the decision support system are described, as well as the extended structure and recommended working modes of the system. International experience is considered. The developed concept is put in the basis of works of the program of international cooperation within the framework of support of scientific researches and education in the field of ergonomics, and also search of reserves of ergonomic quality of designed and in operation automated systems. At the 1st stage the system is aimed at support of ergonomics in Ukraine, but it is planned to move to the international use of the results. Examples of practical use of elements of the proposed technology applied to system design such as web portals and automated systems will be given.
