Abstract

Although athletes' physical preparation often takes the primary role, their mental wellbeing can be overlooked in a competitive environment. Bibliotherapy offers an approach to support young athletes' mental development. This study evaluates Latvian sports coaches' awareness, attitude, and willingness to incorporate bibliotherapy into everyday training.
