Abstract
The invention relates to a dismountable, reusable mold for the production of cylindrical rigid polyurethane foam blocks. The proposed dismountable, reusable mold includes: a base, a lid, a body and a foaming limiter. The base and the lid have a cylindrical shape and can be rigidly connected to a cylindrical body. The base, lid and body are made of polypropylene or polyethylene. A cutout is formed in the body of the mold, which is adapted to the limited elastic deformation of the body in order to remove the rigid PUR foam from the mold. The edges of the cutout are adapted to a connection that prevents the liquid mixture from leaking out of the body. The edges of the cutout from the inside and outside of the body can be connected with an adhesive tape, for example, with an adhesive tape on a fabric basis.
