Abstract
The equations describing the kinetics of defect accumulation taking into account their diffusion and the reaction A + B → B (e.g. the energy transfer) are discussed. The standard approach to accumulation kinetics based on indirect substitution of the distinguishable defect statistics for that of identical defects is criticized.
