Abstract

This study investigates the synthesis of CdxTeyOz films grown via the SILAR method on the CdS/ZnO surface. It was confirmed that the number and duration of treatment cycles influence the structural and phase properties of the films. The results indicate the potential of the SILAR method for developing nanocomposite materials with specific characteristics.
