Abstract

Heat transfer numerical model by vertical unidirectional crystallization (Bridgman technique) in rotating magnetic liquid phase is proposed. Possibility of controlling the phase interface shape as well as maintaining flat on convex (towards the melt) interface shape during the crystallization process is demonstrated by applying properly chosen set of the process parameters and the MAD intensity influence.
