Abstract

The dielectric nonlinearity is studied in ferroelectric relaxors 0.92PbMg 1/3Nb 2/3O 3-0.08PbTiO 3, 0.4Na 1/2Bi 1/2TiO 3-0.5SrTiO 3-0. 1PbTiO 3 and Pb 0.9075La 0.0925 (Zr 0.65Ti 0.35) 0.9775O 3. It is shown that above the temperature of dielectric permittivity maximum nonlinearity of dielectric permittivity corresponds to electric field dependence of polarization. The influence of electric field on distribution of relaxation times is studied below the maximum of dielectric permittivity. The role of internal bias field in Pb 0.9075La 0.0925(Zr 0.65Ti 0.35) 0.9775O 3 ceramics is discussed.
