Abstract

We consider the system of ordinary differential equations, which arises in the theory of neural networks (neurodynamics). This system structurally is similar to one, the author had studied before (models of genetic networks, GRN systems in short). We emphasize similarity of both systems and formulate some assertions, which are true for GRN systems and which hold also for systems in question.
