Cryptosporidium spp. oocysts and Giardia duodenalis cysts in domestic dogs in Latvia, 2022-2023

The Excel database contains data about Cryptosporidium spp. and Giardia duodenalis from 213 dog faecal samples, voluntarily submitted by owners for testing. The database contains information on the date of sample collection, parish, sex, age in years, as well as information on the concentration of Cryptosporidium spp. and Giardia duodenalis in a 1 g sample. Samples were collected from April 2022 to May 2023. Fecal samples were tested using immunofluorescence.
