Kopsavilkums

Experimental evidence indicates that the intensity of tunnel luminescence of pure and Tb**3** plus -activated Na//2O multiplied by (times) 3SiO//2 glass excited at 120 degree K increases over the 40 to 90 degree K range. This temperature dependence of the tunnel luminescence is produced by the thermoactivated tunnel transport of electrons with less than the threshold mobility along the trapping centers which precedes the radiative tunnel recombination. The energy of the thermal activation of such a transport is only 2-3 times greater than that of the thermal vibrations. The average activation energy of the thermostimulated luminescence of particularly pure Na//2O multiplied by (times) 3SiO//2 glass over the 20 to 90 degree K range increases and is up to five times greater than the activation energy of the tunnel transport.
