On 11-12 October 2021, the Lithuanian Institute of History in Vilnius hosted an international conference "From Paganism to Christianity. Burial Rites during the Transition Period" dedicated to the Christianisation processes in the Eastern Baltic and the neighbouring territories. Altogether 25 presentations were delivered at the conference, both in face-to-face and online format, and the participants represented Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and Switzerland.
