Kopsavilkums

The research work 'Processes in living organisms as a source of electrical energy' main purpose is to study plants and find out whether they can be used as a source of energy, research electrical processes and establishing the possibility and quantity of electricity for its further use. The work investigated plant intercellular potentials as possible sources of electricity. Plants were grown, then attached to an oscilloscope that read action potentials. The data were processed, and the results were analyzed. According to the research results, corn produced about 390 mV, tomato produced 240 mV and bean produced 154 mV in the experimental varnish. According to the results of the research, it was found that plants can produce sufficient electrical voltage to ensure the operation of devices such as sensors of the state of the external environment.
