Kopsavilkums
The accomplishment of the remaining 17 Sustainable Development Goals, which were endorsed by the United Nations General Assembly, depends on the success of goals 8.8, Protect Worker Rights, and 8.8, Promote a Safe Work Environment. The definition of sustainable development and how it varies from sustainability are discussed in this essay. The paper also looks at ways to advance workplace safety, labor rights, and other relevant issues. There are two basic indicators of SDG 8.8 - migratory employees and hazardous and non-hazardous working injuries - are covered in the study's last section. Both of these have a big impact on Sustainable Development Goals. Since no goal can be achieved without human resources, it is essential to protect rights of migrant workers and to give secure surrounding for working, that have migrated from remote area to organization, notably females and tribes, and those with a hazardous job. Workers are drawn to an environment with minimal accidents and injuries. Employees are more content and effective when they are working in a secure setting. Safe working environments are essential for both organizations and individuals. Workers have the legal right to an unhazardous place of employment.
