Kopsavilkums
In 342 psoriatic patients (duration of the illness 1 to 33 years) adhesion receptor dynamics of CD2+, CD4+, CD8+ and their correlation with natural killer (NK) function have been investigated with monoclonal antibodies. In 3/4 of the patients prevalence of CD8+ receptors over CD4+, CD2+ and NK deficiency was stated, i.e. the suppressive variety or phase of the disease. In 1/3 of cases CD4+ and NK prevalence was detected against the background of CD8+ deficiency, i.e. the so called hyperactive variety. On account of these monitoring data, selective therapy with original immunocorrective preparations was used in 260 patients - Leakadine, Tactivin, Thymalinum and Natrii nucleinas in various combinations, and this resulted in immunocorrection and beneficial clinical effect in 60~80% of cases.
